I'm Kendall — and I grew up in the business of taking care of Cape Cod homes. My father owns Kendall & Welch Construction, and I spent my childhood on job sites learning how properties are built, what they need, and what goes wrong when nobody's watching.

Kendall & Cauchon Property Services is the natural extension of that upbringing.
